Our 30mm polystyrene balls are perfect for the finer details of set and character design. Whether you are building a small puppet head or creating lightweight spherical props, these 3cm spheres provide a durable internal anchor for your Armature Wire and Milliput.
Polyballs are a great way of reducing the weight of plasticine character. Chroma Clay is the perfect choice for use with our range of Polyballs.
Polyballs also work well with our Stop Motion Armatures, When used as the core of a characters head, a length of Square Brass Tube is fitted to the armature's neck and an other inserted into the ball. This means the head can be slotted into place and also removed easily during animation.
