We would like to wish you a very Happy Christmas and best wishes for 2019
The office will be closed from 2pm on Chritmas Eve and will not re-open until the 2nd January. During this time emails will be monitored, but any orders placed will not be processed until we re-open.

Nuno Beato, from Sardinha em Lata recently shared with us some photos of him transforming one of our ProPlus Armatures into a puppet. As you will see in the photos, the moulds and resulting casts look great!

The award winning “Monster do not exist” Stop Motion by Ilaria Angelini, Luca Barberis Organist and Nicola Bernardi was made using our products. The film was produced whilst studying at Civica Scuola di Cinema Luchino Visconti.
So far, the film has won the Best Short Film at the FMK Festival as well as the prestigious FriulAdria Quality Award from the Cariparma Crédit Agricole Group.

We recently undertook a commission to produce a bespoke armature for Ruby Ruth Dolls. They make some really fun characters, which are going to look great animated.
Their characters feature large eyes and the brief required these to be movable. As a result the final armature is already full of character.
Here is the armature alongside the character that it is going to become.

Conceptual artist, Ryan Gander recently had an installation at the Lisson Gallery in New York. He used several of our Standard Armatures in his piece entitled I see straight through you. It's great to see our products not just being used for stop motion animation. As these fabulous images show, they work well for conceptual art too!

Man by John Swinnerton is a great film made using a mixture of techniques, including stop motion with these wonderful puppets.
A clever combination of our standard components together with proplus components and animation wire was used to make "Baby Dino".
