Our 5mm aluminium armature wire is the strongest option in the range. It comes in 4 metre lengths and is for heavy-duty stop motion armatures and larger character frameworks. It provides excellent structural integrity for load-bearing builds while remaining workable.
Ideal for animation use as although not as malleable as thinner versions, it's strength offers excellent stability. For maximum longevity, we recommend using heat shrink tubing to protect the wire.
