With the Newplast Plasticine factory now closed, animators don’t need to panic, Animation Supplies has created Chroma Clay, a brand-new alternative which is available here.
Mauve Newplast plasticine won't dry out and won't set, making it a wonderful reuseable modelling material. It's malleable enough to create a wide variety of models, yet firm enough to maintina its shape indefinitely. This makes it a popular choice with animators and is the "animation clay" of choice at Aardman.
