Standard Animation Stage
The Standard Animation Stage is ideal for any aspiring animator. An animation stage allows you to easily tie-down your character, using either our threaded or magnetic tie-down systems. The stage measures 600mm x 600 mm and is 178mm high. It is made from 18mm Birch Ply with Stainless Steel legs and comes Fully Assembled.

The Animation Supplies Standard Animation Stage is an affordable stop motion stage . The top of the stage measures 600mm x 600mm and the perforated galvanised steel sheet measures 588mm x 588mm. The holes in the sheet are 5mm in diameter. The stage stands 178mm high on Stainless Steel legs. It also comes fully assembled.
Steel with holes is the ideal material for use as the base of a Stop Motion Set. Magnets retain much more of their strength when passing through a perforated sheet of steel, as opposed to a solid sheet. This means that the stage is ideal for use with our magnetic tie-down systems. The holes are also very useful for threaded tie-down should this be required during your production. We galvanize our perforated sheets to ensure that they won't rust.
